That's the bday girl in her Elizabeth and James Freakum dress! Jeff and I stopped at the W on Lexington before the party and I picked up that black and white Alisha Levine top, but I was completely underdressed. Someone really needs to confiscate my leggings before I wear them as pants again, this has to stop!
